भगवान बुद्धका यी अनमोल वचनहरूले हाम्रो जीवनमा सकारात्मक परिवर्तन ल्याउन सक्छन्:
१. "घृणालाई घृणाले होइन, प्रेमले मात्र जित्न सकिन्छ।"
२. "तपाईंको विचार नै तपाईंको भविष्य हो, त्यसैले राम्रो सोच्नुहोस्।"
३. "हजारौं युद्ध जित्नुभन्दा ठूलो कुरा आफ्नो मनलाई जित्नु हो।"
