The main thrusts of the organization are quality service delivery, sustainability, competitiveness, innovative technologies, employability and research and development. The training, counseling, promoting, research and development are the means the company uses to mainstream and empower the target group. The job applicant, unskilled youths, industrial workers, youths from disadvantaged group are our primary focus. In future we will plan to product skill workforce in different occupations which are innovative and should have an opportunity to start self-employment or employment in the country and abroad.
