Official Update: Permission Granted for PPL 2083 Name & Logo Use

Following our recent announcement, the newly formed committee members of PPL 2083 reached out to us with an official request to utilize the established PPL name and logo for the upcoming tournament.

As the original founders and creators of the league, we want to see the cricket spirit continue. Therefore, after careful consideration, our Founding Team and Board Members have accepted the request and officially granted them permission to use the PPL name and logo for this edition.

⚠️ IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER & CLARIFICATION OF LIABILITY
While we have permitted the use of the brand identity, we must explicitly clear our position regarding the management of the tournament:

No Management Involvement: Our team, members, and the United Community Excellence Foundation are NOT involved in the planning, financing, or ex*****on of PPL 2083.

Zero Liability for On-Ground Incidents: We are not responsible for anything that happens on the ground, during the matches, or behind the scenes.

Full Responsibility Lies with the New Committee: Any operational issues, financial matters, disputes, safety concerns, or incidents happening within the game/event are completely and solely the responsibility of the new organizing committee.

Our permission is strictly limited to the temporary use of the trademarked name and logo. We wish the new committee and the players the best of luck for the tournament on the ground.

It is with a heavy heart but a firm decision that we, along with all our members, announce our official resignation from **PPL 2083**.

As the innovators and founders who started PPL back in 2079, we have dedicated 3 years of relentless service to this league. Every single member of our team has worked incredibly hard, pouring their heart and soul into building, growing, and serving PPL to the best of our abilities. We are immensely proud of what we accomplished together during these three years.

However, due to unavoidable reasons, the time has come for us to step down and move forward.

⚠️ IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE REGARDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Please be officially informed that **PPL is registered under the United Community Excellence Foundation**. We hold the exclusive rights for both the name and the logo of PPL.

> Notice: In case anyone is found using the name and logo of our PPL without authorization, we will immediately file an official complaint with the Government of Nepal:
