WE’RE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER
River-based role

Kayak Voss is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run daily operations as well as deliver all of our guided river trips. This is a 80% position from mid May to the end of August. With potential for more work either side of the season.

You will be responsible for managing our booking system, answering emails, rostering staff, all planning and logistics as well as delivering 10/10 experiences for our guests on the river and in the fjord.

We’re looking for someone with strong whitewater skills, experience leading trips, and the confidence to manage a small team. You should be organised, calm under pressure, and happy to take responsibility.
