With his camera, Diego Borges is preparing a documentary about Finnmark Surf, made straight from the heart.
The living legend Joackim Guichard has already experienced this new kind of surf retreat, deep in the raw and beautiful Arctic tundra, in one of the most remote areas of mainland Europe.
We stay focused on building community in Varanger.
There is still so much to do.

Varanger’s got eight seasons, pretty mind-blowing ey… at first I didn’t believe it either, I thought it was just two. You gotta live here, ride the shifts, and flow with the changes to really pass it on

In Varanger it’s no frills, just surf.

🌊 Finally posting something after a long break! It’s been an intense summer for Finnmark Surf, and I’m incredibly grateful for all the good vibes and support from those who joined and those who are still waiting to jump in.
