“Everyone learns best when they are relaxed and having fun”, says Steve. This is why Trondheim Dolphins is dedicated to ensuring that each student is treated as an individual and that lessons are fun and full of variety. Steve applies the POSE method of movement during his swimming lessons. This enables correct bio mechanical pose in movement to prevent injury and enhance learning. Steve was trained, and is mentored by, Dr G Fletcher who has worked with Dr N S Romanov (the Sports Scientist and developer of the POSE Method) for more than 2 decades. Steve and his team are experienced, patient, and energetic and put an emphasis on fun. Lessons are taught in a mix of norsk, engelsk, and malaysisk!
