Helping people of all abilities realise they’re capable of more than they thought. From complete beginners to experienced lifters, everyone starts somewhere — and being part of that journey means everything to me.

I challenge myself physically because I believe in leading by example. Showing up on the hard days. Pushing past limits. Holding myself to the same standard I ask of others.

The early mornings and the long days are all worth it. Because this isn’t just about fitness. It’s about building confidence, resilience, and proving to yourself that you can do hard things.
