Memories from the Junior Aikido Festival in Stavanger, 30-31. May 2026! One day for teenagers with training, grading, Japanese Curry rice, suikawari (watermelon smashing), dancing, an overnight in dojo and a jo class to finish in the morning. Then the sunday for juniors (9-12) with training, 18 gradings, pizza, movie, cake and dancing. thanks to all who volunteered for a fantastic weekend, especially the youth, who also cared and helped out with the juniors!!!

Our Mini-Maxi-Mix Group of kids (5-8 with parents) did really well!
They were throwing their parent (and me at times), and I threw them around a bit as well!!! Well earned grades - have a happy summer!
