~ I love Daincing Salsa, Jazz, contemporary dance and body movement.
~Yoga has been big part of my life. Teacher training in kundalini yoga/Medisinsk yoga
~ Gong master training by Bjørn løken,
~Sound journey training by Indian musician Vishes kalimero,
~African percussion by Mexican Tomas Morales.
~Dula training/coaching mothers. We are completely aware of the im

portance of a clean and safe space for you to relax, do yoga, dance. So pls feel safe with us at all times. �
