🌊 We’re hiring sea kayak guides for Summer 2026! 🛶
Lofoten Wild is looking for two skilled, motivated, and certified sea kayak guides to join our team next season in Lofoten.
Positions available:
• June–August
• June–September (with the possibility to grow into a 6-month contract the following year)
Who we are:
Lofoten Wild is a sea kayak tour company, kayak school, expedition centre, and ISKGA kayak guide training centre. We focus on high-quality guiding, strong safety standards, and meaningful guest experiences in one of the world’s most iconic sea kayak destinations.
Your role:
• Guiding 3-hour sea kayak tours (typically 2–3 tours/day)
• 5 days per week
• Bringing a positive, flexible, and professional mindset
• Joining several days of in-house advanced guide training before the season begins
Requirements:
• Minimum 3★ sea kayak leader (preferably 4★)
• Valid first aid certification
• Fluent English (another language is a strong bonus)
• Local applicants encouraged and preferred
