Some of the best things to experience is what we can do and achieve(energetically) in our own body. The sweet sweet focus on what happens in our bodies and experiencing our awarness of it, is really cool.

this lil practice here was 15min, but felt like 7 lol. So I was suprised when I saw the number on the recording.

I know we all need it. How do we actually lead ourselves in our own individual practice? Ya know we only manage to last a few minutes, hell maybe ten, dancing for ourselves. Until we get bored, lost, and then just don’t know what to do anymore 😂😂😂
