We are back!! 🎊🎊 And we could not be more excited to welcome all of our members home again!

Things are just a bit different as we comply with the new health and hygiene regulations.

Here’s a few things to keep in mind:
- Stay home if you have even the slightest symptoms
- Hygiene! Wear a a shirt, bring a towel if you need, be careful of your training bag/gear, keep your sweaty knee sleeves to yourself! 😜 (a good idea even before Corona 🤔)
- Follow instructions about cleaning the equipment, and communicate with each other about cleaned equipment
- Maintain distance from each other. Avoid crowding in the room before/after your class. Head outside to chat with your friends!
- Sign up for classes and Open Gym. Open gym is only available during the specified times.
- Classes will last for 45 minutes to allow for cleaning of equipment and to maintain distance between members

Help us avoid infection and keep everyone safe. We want to be able to stay open!
