We offer private self defense classes adapted to individual needs. A student will learn a traditional self defense system aimed at optimizing his or her inherent full body strength. Our training takes place outdoors, all year round, in a natural setting. The body of the practitioner is strengthened through sets of spiraling explosive movements combining self defense with cardio-vascular and isomet

ric training. The practitioner is taught to be able to generate and maintain force while in the midst of movement. Mind and body are integrated as a complete whole leading among other things to an increased sense of balance. This form of training is suitable for both men and women at all ages. It can be a complement to other forms of training or provide you with all the training you need. If you consider the mind to be of vital importance to your training then this may be something for you. The training includes physical contact but is carried out under safe conditions. Anyone can learn martial art as long as you have a mature mindset. Because our practice is centered around private classes you will be able to shape it in any direction which interests you. Whether you are an experienced martial arts practitioner or a person who wishes to try something new this training may have something to offer you.
