Ida fikk nylig testet ut kjelkehockey (paraishockey) i Leangen Ungdomshall i Trondheim sammen med Amalie og Iver. Har du vært aktiv tidligere eller har lyst til å prøve kjelkehockey for første gang? I april er det mulig å være på isen i Leangen Ungdomshall på onsdager kl. 2030-2145 (takk til Rosenborg Ishockeyklubb som stiller med istid). Målgruppe: Bevegelseshemmede (personer med en fysisk funksjonsnedsettelse). Aktuelle bør ha god funksjon i overkroppen. NB: Påmelding på e-post til: [email protected] (senest 2 dager før utprøving). Meet our captain, Lena Schrøder 🇳🇴🏒
World Championship bronze medalist 2025 🇳🇴🥉 A pioneer in para ice hockey, Paralympian, and one of the very few women ever to compete in Para ice hockey at the Winter Paralympics. She has spent years breaking barriers in a male-dominated sport and continues to lead the way for the next generation of female players.

At the first Women’s Para Ice Hockey World Championship, Lena captained Norway to bronze, recorded 10 points in 4 games, and was named Best Defender of the tournament.

A leader. A role model. A driving force behind the growth of women’s para ice hockey 💪🏻

The hockey season is almost over, but we managed to squeeze in one more joint session on the ice ❄️🏒

Both the men’s and women’s national para ice hockey teams gathered for a shared training session organized by the Norwegian Ice Hockey Federation (NIHF) Norges Ishockeyforbund as part of ongoing work to promote para ice hockey in Norway.

A film crew was also present during the session to capture material that will help highlight the sport and the athletes behind it 📸🎥

These moments show what para ice hockey is all about: community, commitment, development and building the future together toward new championships 🇳🇴

This is Celine.
She joined para ice hockey after never having played a team sport before. In less than a year, she competed at the Women’s World Championship and became a bronze medallist 🇳🇴🥉

Para ice hockey became the first team sport in her life and now a huge part of who she is.

It’s about community.
Belonging.
And building something bigger together.

If we want women’s Para ice hockey at the Paralympics in 2030, this is where it continues.

More players.
More visibility.
More belief.
