Its Christmas and to me that means spreading joy and positive vibes and showing that you care about those who are close to you.
Its not about the price tag on a gift, but showing the people around you that you love them.
Its about understanding where we come from, who made us and for what purpose.
We live in a material world, even though we can not bring our material goods with us when our time is done.
We live in a technological world, where too many of us are busy flipping thru videos that others have made, about other peoples experiences or what they have made up to be seen or heard or liked. When we should be busy ourselves creating our own memories or experience our own adventures.
We live in a time of war, although peace is what we seek.
Its so easy to forget that the only things that really have value is our own memories and adventures, our own love and how we choose to live our lives.
The greatest gift we can ask for is another day with our loved ones. Life is the most important gift and at the end of the day the only one that matters. I encourage everyone to really show that you love your family and friends, that you cherish every second with them and that you are happy to be alive so you can make more memories with them. Remember those who have left us and appreciate those who are still with you. Remember why we celebrate Christmas and what our tradition is about. Gods gift and our family. Share joy and happiness. Ego does not have its place during Christmas. Its about what we can do for others. Be grateful for your family and friends and be thankful that you get to spend another day with your family.
If you get some time to yourself during the coming week, think about how you spend your life and how you wish to live in the future. What are your goals and what to you wish to achieve? How can you achieve it and who can help you get there?
Its only one week until we enter a new year!
Do you have the drive or internal engine to work hard to reach your goals of 2024?
I have my goals and ambitions clear in front of me and I have my goals for what I want my students to achieve next year. With hard work those goals will be achieved and I cant wait to walk those small steps on the way to make it happen.
With the help from your mentors and supporters you can reach your goals! You only have to make a plan, start working towards it and ask for help where you need it!
I thank my mentors and friends thruout the world, who continue to support, guide and teach me! I love you all and know that you are missed when I am far away! ❤️
I am superproud of all our students at our martial arts centre! They are goal driven, have ambitions and know how to ask their mentors for help when needed to get there! We need goals and we need ambitions, regardless of age and life situations. That is what keeps us evolving. Together and individual. Without it we loose purpose, personality and will to work.
What are your goals for next year? My list is long, but that list also includes my family and students.
