Dearest followers, as some of you know, throughout the pandemic and currently, I (Stine Helene) have been involved with yoga and mindfulness, eco contemplativeness and mindful design related work for Calm, while currently healing persistent (long-) Lyme disease (Borreliosis) ( => Awareness of Tick born ailments!).
This is the actual project with Calm (see link under), and I currently teach yoga for students of these programs. The whole world changed during the pandemic. Thank you for being such a light warrior, a teacher turned dear colleague and friend. We have gained so much from our Nia trainings, advanced mindfulness practices and yoga. 🙂
I hope to eventually expand my teaching practice while healing. Yoga, mindfulness and Nia really helps me, and to be able to take care of my body and mind this way is just an incredible gift that keeps on giving.
I will keep you posted on any news re: classes. Sending lots of love and light, and may we all breathe, move and play again in a very near future ❤ ❤ 😀 😀

As some of you know, throughout the pandemic we have been deeply involved with mindfulness, Calm, eco contemplativeness and mindfulness related work, and this is one of the latest projects we have been participating in. We care deeply about both mindfulness and ecology, and we think that one cannot exist without the other. Thank you Britta von Tagen for your truly inspiring words through our Nia training of "being on a mission of saving the world". We have gained so much from our Nia trainings, Nia practice and yoga practice. Unfortunately things changed during the pandemic. Thank you for being such a light warrior. Major world religions have gathered in this UNEP and Faith for Earth initiative to share in their common goal of taking care of our planet and the environment. And we are watching this light rippling out that is much needed in these dark times. May we focus on the environment, and not conflict, destruction or war. Please have a look - and get involved 🙂

Professor Katherine Weare is Emeritus Professor within Southampton Education School at the University of Southampton.
Professor Katherine Weare is Emeritus Professor at the University of Exeter where she is working to develop and evaluate mindfulness in schools programs. Professor Katherine is a dedicated mindfulness practitioner herself as well as a qualified mindfulness teacher. Her overall field is social and emotional learning and mental health and wellbeing in schools. She is known as an international expert on evidence-based practice and has written some of the leading books in this area and conducted several definitive reviews and led programmes which have informed policy and practice in many countries.
