I work within Fresh Fitness Tiller with Fresh Fitness members and also offer Personal Training and Group Training to the general public. I am a qualified Personal Trainer (Fitness Industry Training Australia) and Level 3 High Performance Australian Rules Football Coach. I

have coached Australian Rules Football Clubs & Teams for 17 years prior to moving to Norway and have been strength and cross training for almost 25 years. I have been developing and implementing individual and team high performance programs to meet the demands of Australian Rules Football for many years and this combined with my own fitness journey has provided me with the experience and knowledge to develop strength and conditioning programs that get results. Australian Football is a game that demands a high level of fitness on all levels. It is a full contact game that requires STRENGTH & POWER for repeat maximal efforts in sprinting, tackling and jumping along with a HIGH CARDIOVASCULAR AND MUSCULAR ENDURANCE level to compete for almost 2 hours. I have trained 100's of AFL players and over 17 years have developed my own system of training that I call HISACT (High Intensity Strength And Conditioning) It is a blend of traditional resistance and conditioning training methodologies and principals that I have combined to form what I believe is a complete fitness solution that not only delivers results but importantly provides a method of training and healthy eating philosophy that will ensure your fitness gains are permanent. The great thing about HISACT is that it can be combined and adapted to suit all fitness goals and for all levels of fitness. OK folks, after being MIA from social media for a few years I thought it was time to add some free wisdom for those of you fighting the age or motivation battle....or most likely both. First of all ...dont believe half the bu****it you read or watch about what you need to eat...or what you can't eat....and secondly...dont expect results if you dont train with intensity and purpose most days! ....and the age arguement is just a great excuse to be out of shape!

The 1200 rep challenge!!

I was inspired tonight to raise the bar a bit higher on my 100s session after training Linn ( 700 reps in 45 mins )

Here is the format if you want to take a crack at it? (Aim for under 80 mins)

Superset 100s (100 reps as fast as possible)

Dumbbell Bench - 30kgs
Wide Grip Pull-ups - Body weight

Cable Rows - 59kgs
Rope Hammer Curls - 47kgs

45 Leg Press - 130kg
Dips - Body Weight

Pec Dec - 63kg
Leg Ext - 68kg
Leg Curls - 51 kg

Med ball Front raises - 10kg

Barbell Curl - 30kg
Barbell Overhead Press - 30kg

Good luck and remember pain is only temporary!
