Hi everyone,
I haven't posted much lately because I wasn't feeling my best. I needed to take a little break, and it really helped.
I started making more time for myself and creating small daily rituals, even if they only last five minutes. Sitting quietly for a moment, enjoying a cup of tea, writing in a journal, doing my skincare, or anything that helps me reconnect with myself.
Coming back home to myself. Back to my inner world.
But don't worry — I'm back now, and I'm looking forward to being here with you again. 🤍
