Sometimes a new wing does not start with a product idea.
It starts with an honest question:
What has changed in the market, and how can we cut through all the noise to focus on what we, as pilots, really want?
During the development of our new SWING UNBOUND DNA, we also took a close look at our portfolio. Especially in the EN-B segment, a lot has grown over the years. Great wings. Strong concepts. A lot of history.
But also a portfolio that had become harder for many pilots to clearly understand.
So we decided to make things clearer.
Letting the ARCUS RS series run out for now was not an easy decision. ARCUS is not just any name for SWING. It is part of our history. A wing that shaped many pilots and became an important milestone in the SWING story.

At the same time, the EN-B segment has changed a lot. What once was clearly ARCUS has moved closer to the MIURA idea in many areas. The SERAC RS, on the other hand, was a beautiful lightweight wing, but with the introduction of our D-LITE philosophy, one thing became clear:
We could bring these strengths together in a more precise way.
That is how the NYRA RS was born.

The NYRA RS is our semi-light Mid EN-B for pilots who want to experience more without having to constantly manage the wing. For first longer XC flights. For hike and fly days. For travelling. For thermal days where the wing does not take center stage, but the flying experience does.
