Here’s some simple tips that you can apply during your vacation without tracking your food with an app✅
✔️Stay hydrated
✔️Get at least 4 portions of protein per day
✔️Dont go overboard with desserts
✔️Leave most of your carbs for the end of the day so you could enjoy your favourite meal without gaining fat

We often rely on motivation.But what if we’re not feeling motivated? We think something is wrong.Negative self talk starts creeping in “I’m not good enough” and etc... I’ve personally struggled with this a lot in my life.That led me to my self improvement journey.Where I found huge value in habit systems and discipline.As it is easy to rely on your emotional state.Where on the other side if the possibility of habit systems is explored.Things become more clear during tough times 🙏
