Picture slipped the stream, but... Anastasia, 16 years old ✍️ First feet to the fire in the regular women's division 🔥 Won her first match by submission, then came out strong in the second with several solid attacks. She couldn't quite secure the control and finish she needed and ended up losing on points. A very nice introduction to the adult division, 🙇‍♂️ We're super proud of you! ❤️ This is just the beginning 🔥 Mind you, only female from the team, going to war today! 🥷👇🏻👊🏻⛩️

First off, what a day 🔥🥰🔥 Team 10pFredrikstad delivered! 🙇‍♂️ Two Absolute champions 🏆 — one in Beginner and one in Intermediate: Martin & Raidir. Also worth mentioning: this was Martin’s first BJJ event ✍️ Both of them also placed silver and gold in their normal brackets — just inches away from double gold as well 🙌 We had two finals with pure 10-on-10 crime 🤯 First Elias vs. OJ, both 10pFredrikstad. Then Raidir vs. Birk, 10pFredrikstad vs. 10pBergen 🫡

10pFredrikstad had 12 NOGI competitors in the event, many having their first competition experience ❤️ All of them did great — win or lose — just a massively positive experience!! 💯🔥

All in all, Day 2 NOGI:
21 wins
4 Gold 🥇
2 Silver 🥈
2 Bronze 🥉

Let’s just say: I’m crazy proud of you all! ❤️🙇‍♂️ Now it’s time to gather footage. Strålende innsats av samtlige i dag! 👏 Vi er utrolig stolte av dere alle sammen ❤️ Noen seire, noen tap – men først og fremst masse verdifull erfaring. Vinn-vinn! 💯 Vi har bare så vidt begynt. Mye er bra, men vi har også mye å jobbe med fremover ✍️ Det er akkurat sånn det skal være på dette stadiet. Gratulerer så mye til alle sammen – og ha en strålende og velfortjent sommerferie! 🥷👇🏻👊🏻⛩️

Today we did mostly full MMA sparring 🔥 Last MMA session of Season One, so end it with a bang 💥 People want to claim to do MMA, but don't show up to train MMA.. very strange behaviour 🤷‍♂️ If you were not there, you missed out! 👊🏻 Anyway, it's just a start 💯 a beautiful start! 🙇‍♂️ NOGI Open Mat tomorrow 12:30 🥷👇🏻👊🏻⛩️
