Yes, we found snow today instead of icy surfaces 🤩 Sledding into the sunset with the pawsome ones we celebrate the winter solstice and Lurvens birthday. We also remember and are grateful for those dogs who have given us so much, but have moved to the land of the ancestors 🪷 🐾🔆♥️

Today it’s our special boy Lurven birthday 🎊 🥰🪄🐾🍗🥩He is one of a kind dog in so many ways. His paws are like snowshoes, he is kind and gentle towards everyone; always happy and smiling. He is a good working smart sleddog and one of our high hopes leaddog. Love to play and have fun together with the rest of the pack, specially the young ones. He is the son of Noor and Lillebror from .
As all of our dogs Lurven has several nicknames such as Lurve-legg, Lurv, Lurvis, Lurv-Lurv 🤭. Can you guess how many years Lurven are today?

And some more of the pawsome ones….. all of the dogs are running and playing in the dog yard two to three times a day. This is as important as as the trading we do on the trails in front of the wagon or sled. They developed their social skills among each other and us and develope strong and healthy pack-identity. It’s also positive for their joints and muscles and prevent injury. And not to forget; they get to play and have fun which is as important for they as it is for us. 🤩🪄🥰.

Today we celebrate our special gemstone Runne. Lihkku beivviin🎉🪄🩷 Thank you and Matti Salmi for Runne, which means red and grey dog in the Sami language. She is a smart easy learning dog. Happy, eating well, strong girlwhich goes along with everyone. And of course she is a beauty; our princess 🥰🩷🫶🏽.
