I have been a dancer for 6 years and teaching for two. After i moved here i finally got the degree for fitness and dance. I am going to teach you how to tone your body and have a great time doing it without the worry of making a fool of yourself in a larger class setting. my class hours are flexible so just call to schedule. the classes are a hour long and will be hard work.I highly motivate my cl

ients to push themselves to go the limit. This is a total body workout. It will tone and shape almost every muscle in the body. I am a strength and endurance type of dance. For prices and scheduling please give me a call.

this movie is put on youtube as 5 something minutes. that is a lie the movie is 90 minutes long. they cut out a bunch on of it trying to be sneaky when putting it out there for the american people to watch. THEY CUT OUT HALF OF THE MOVIE. HERE IS THE FULL MOVIE . IF ANYONE HAS PROBLEMS TRYING TO WATCH IT PLEASE JUST LET ME KNOW AND I WILL WALK YOU THROUGH THE STEPS TO WATCH THE MOVIE.

Memengwaa Wines Berg wait for the timer in the middle to reach zero the press the continue button, NOT THE WATCH VIDEO. Delete the pop up. then press the red x to close cover add. then press play and pause for a couple minutes to allow streaming to get ahead. then press play. vwa la full movie. the movie itself will make you feel like you are in a lecture hall but this is need to know for all americans. please share

I will take strength training as well. But no sexy types of classes. dancing like this is sexy enough on its own. You don`t need to put trampish moves to make yourself look beautiful.
