***Update about Ironman 70.3 Sandnes***
Unfortunately our race has been discontinued and will not take place in 2024. We as local organizers want to thank all of you out there who supported our events in 2022 and 2023. So, to all the athletes, volunteers, sponsors, IRONMAN crew, suppliers and officials; a BIG THANKS to all of you, you are the best 🙏🫶🤩🏆

What a day we had in Sandnes on 18. June and a big thanks to the neighbors who offered the athletes water spraying on the run 💦🏃‍♀️ Water cooling is not an everyday requirement on the Norwegian West-Coast tbh 😎

Opplegg og distanser tilpasser vi til de som kommer. Dette er ikke et svømmekurs så deltakerne må inneha grunnleggende svømmekunnskaper, men du må gjerne være ny til utesvømming.

Krav til utstyr: Våtdrakt, farget svømmehette, svømmebriller og sikkerhetsbøye.

The race is over and what a weekend it was in Sandnes. A big thank you to all athletes, spectators, volunteers and organizer team for making this an unforgettable experience ❤❤❤
