Are you having trouble understanding how to get to your weight loss goal? Then listen up, I've got just the thing...
I know firsthand how frustrating & overwhelming it can be to deal with not knowing where to start, jumping from one plan to another, always in doubt about if your plan is gonna work, and how all of this can hold you back from achieving your goals.
That's why I want to share with you some ways that I found helpful in overcoming this:
1. What is the vision? What is the YOU 2.0 you want to become?
Create a detailed vision, of how she looks, feels, and behaves - all of it. Best if you write it all down.
2. Then start from the bottom and think about her ENVIRONMENT:
What is her environment: where she is and what it looks like, what and who surrounds her, etc?
Notice, how is it different from your environment, and how you can change that.
3. What are her BEHAVIORS?
What and how she does it, with whom, are there patterns, and if so, why?
Again, notice what's different, and what you need to improve.
4. What SKILLS does she have?
What skills does she have to be this version of YOU 2.0?
Which skills are you missing today to become her?
5. What are her BELIEFS?
Finally, what are her beliefs about herself, her abilities, and about what is possible for her?
Note, what's different, and how could you adopt her beliefs, and elevate yourself to level 2.0?
By going through this process, you will be able to gain clarity of what needs to change on each level, and which change will give you the biggest return on investment of time and effort.
