As of late, various stories have surfaced about goings-on within Kaizen.
We would like to provide clarity on this.
Kaizen has been affected, but so have we personally, as well as the athletes involved.
With the support of our families & legal team, we have rectified the situation to the best of our abilities, but the damage had already been done.
The problems arose due to two members within our team who did not share Kaizen’s core values: integrity, respect, and taking responsibility for your own actions. We have had to deal with falsification of documents, financial decisions made without our approval, and large-scale theft & fraud.
These were not minor missteps but deliberate choices that have caused harm to our organization, community, friends & families.
At this moment, the future of Kaizen is uncertain.
What is certain is that we remain committed to the sport and the community, in whatever form that may take.
