I learned this the hard way, and to be honest, I am still learning. I try to always be very aware of my clientsâ boundaries because I realize they donât always set clear expectations with me. Communication is key, and I work hard to create trust with my clients so they feel safe to work on themselves and feel like they are in control. Honoring your boundaries is an act of self-respect, a quiet declaration that your energy, time, and emotions are sacred. Itâs not just about saying ânoâ to others; itâs about saying âyesâ to yourself. Boundaries define the space where you can grow, heal, and thrive, free from the weight of what does not serve you. When you honor them, youâre acknowledging your worth and recognizing that not everything or everyone deserves access to your inner world. Itâs a way of protecting your peace, so you can show up fully where it truly mattersâwithout losing yourself in the process. Boundaries are less about keeping others out and more about staying true to who you are. So, even in using the voice, this is an important lesson to learn.
