Name: Mitchell Greven
Nicknames: Mickey, Mitch
Age: 28 years old
Daily Job: Supply Chain Specialist & Planner
Quote: Never Give Up!

As a 7 week old, Mickey already had his first taste of the mighty North Sea. And every weekend and holiday since, he spent on the water.

The Colin Archer Memorial Race across the North Sea to Norway was his first offshore race as a 13 year old. Here he discovered that teamwork at sea is vital.

Hence, his favorite moment on the boat is when the team is all in sync, especially on a downwind course, when the boat is flying. It’s amazing to see the smiles when everyone is pushing the boat as hard as they can!

With the never give up attitude, Mickey is a well seen team member at the helm, in tactics, and on the bow in many great races around the world.

Next stop: The Mini Transat Race. An important next step to reach his ultimate goal: The Vendee Globe.

To our Dear Dear Friends!! ❤️⛵️🏝

We hope you are all safe during these difficult times.
As there is still much uncertainty to the impact Covid-19 has on us as humans and considering your safety and well-being on our yacht Spirit, we decided to cancel our charters for the season 2020.

As you might understand this has been a very difficult decision for us to make. You and your friend’s and family’s health remains our first priority and we cannot and will not take any risk concerning your safety😉.

We wish you all Good Health, be Safe☀️⛵️

In 2013 we sailed the Rolex Fastnet Race with the Spirit🙌. This picture was taken at the Needles after the start. Now Spirit is in her wintersleep and soon we will prepare her for the upcoming season 2020 ! ✈️🦩🧜🏻‍♀️🌞🥂⛱⛵️😊
