Tip: on warm days it's always a great idea to get your deliberate movement in earlier in the day to reduce the risk of overheating and dehydration.💃

💧Make sure to stay hydrated by drinking extra water. Add some fresh mint, lemon, cucumber or watermelon to your water bottle for a little change

🤏Add a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt to your water for even more hydration and to add essential electrolytes!
