🏴 Dear Followers,
Due to the special edition and the overwhelming number of competitions in 2026, we as an organisation, together with Beretta, have decided to move the entire competition to 19 and 20 September 2026. This means that the competition scheduled for 13 and 14 June will be cancelled.
Due to Beretta’s 500th anniversary, this edition of the Classic Steel Challenge will be held under the name “BERETTA GOLDCUP”.
Ed Solomons and I are putting together a fantastic competition, and of course, the surrounding emenities and entertainment will once again be world-class. In addition to all this, there will be fantastic prizes given away in honour of 500 years of Beretta that you definitely don’t want to miss.
The prize table you have come to expect from us will also be present, and we will be celebrating the 70th birthday of Rini Meulendijks, who took over the helm here 17 years ago and is now retiring.
All in all, this is an edition to put in your diary. More information about the event will be shared in the coming weeks.
Registration opens on 5 January.

Vanwege de speciale editie en het overweldigende aanbod aan wedstrijden in 2026, hebben we als organisatie samen met Beretta besloten de wedstrijd in zijn geheel te verplaatsen naar 19 en 20 September 2026. Hiermee komt de wedstrijd van 13 en 14 juni te vervallen!
Deze editie van de Classic Steel Challenge zal, vanwege het 500-jarige bestaan van Beretta, onder de noemer “BERETTA GOLDCUP” plaatsvinden.
Er wordt een fantastische wedstrijd gebouwd door mij en Ed Solomons en uiteraard zal de entourage eromheen weer op wereldniveau zijn. Naast dit alles zullen er fantastische prijzen weggegeven worden vanuit 500 jaar Beretta die u zeker niet wil missen.
Ook de prijzentafel zoals u van ons gewend bent is aanwezig en vieren we de 70ste verjaardag van Rini Meulendijks die hier 17 jaar geleden het roer over genomen heeft en met pensioen gaat.
Al met al een editie om in de agenda te zetten, meer informatie over het evenement zal in de komende weken gedeeld worden.
Inschrijving gaat open op 05 januari.
