WUR Student Wellbeing (Inactive) Improve your study skills, work on your (mental) well-being and explore your talents. Many students experience stress during their studies.

Surf your Stress was started by Wageningen University & Research with input from students. Because, although your study period is often described as "the best time of your life", studying can be quite stressful. you are definitely not alone! With this project, we want to stimulate the dialogue about stress at the university, provide you as a student with more information and offer practical tools

to better deal with it. We organize various events every year, culminating in the "Surf your Stress" week in November.

3 - 19 July - EXAM STUDY WEEKS

😌 “I really like the feeling of routine and calm it provides me with”.`
✨ “It helps me to concentrate more.”

The first heatwave is already here; summer has begun. Of course, you'd rather chill in Torck park with friends and a cold drink than cram for your final exams, wouldn't you?

Could you use some support and motivation? Then sign up for the Exam Study Weeks. Every day from Monday 3 to Wednesday 19 July. You can register per day; no cost, lots of inspiration & mental support!

What do we offer?

o Daily routine (joint start, breaks etc.)
o Study room with pleasant (cool) atmosphere

On Thursday 1 June WUR Surf your Stress organises a free lunch workshop "Art of Living - Stay Inspired" - 12:15-13:45 in FORUM.

"A life artist finds beauty in the colours life puts at their disposal. They make do with the brushes they’ve got and don’t pout over a few mistaken strokes."

What is it that makes your life beautiful and worth living?
Why do you make the choices you make?

To find the answers to these questions, it is vital to do some soul-searching and to get to know yourself better. We are looking forward to share thoughts with you.

The Art of Living philosophy is all about one core question: "How can I live a good life?" In this workshop, we will look at our personal life questions such as: What are good choices for me? What do I really want (and how do I know)? What inspires me? How do I balance my social life with my studies...
