⚽️🥅 Without a goal you can’t score 🥅⚽️

In my opinion, a goal without the right habits and active stance also won’t score. Whether your goal is trying to live a healthier lifestyle, be more creative, or start a new project. Without the right habits and active stance to reach your goal, your goal will be just a goal. You won’t know if you are moving closer towards it or not. Without the right system in place, your goal will be out of reach and thus you still won’t score.

Sometimes simple adjustments in our habits can make a big difference in time. Whether it is adjusting your eating habits or spending less time on social media. You can get yourself closer to that goal of either living a healthier life, having more time to do a new project or just having time to express your creativity in a different form.

This week I am paying attention to my behavior and habits. And I will ask myself these 2 questions:
1️⃣- Does this habit cast a vote for or against my desired identity?
2️⃣- Does this behavior help me become the type of person I wish to be?
•
If the behavior/ habit is not bringing me closer to my goal then it’s time to be doing some adjustments.
•
Let us pay attention to our behavior and habits this week and ask ourselves these 2 questions!
