Born in ’94, Harry Tanfield is a very talented rider from Yorkshire in England. Cycling from a young age, Harry was the top-ranked Elite rider in the British Cycling standings in 2016 and in 2017 with impressive performances at home and abroad. Winning the combativity jersey on stage two of the Tour de Yorkshire ignited Harry’s 2017 campaign followed by top-10 f

inishes in other top UCI events before clocking a great 5th in the Senior U.K National TT Championships. The 2017 Tour of Britain saw Harry podium again winning the combativity jersey on stage three before a superb seventh on stage four. The next day, he mixed it with the top time triallists as he finished 14th in a 16km test, finishing the highest placed non World Tour or Pro Continental rider. Currently in his 3rd year at UCI Continental level in 2017 with Bike Channel Canyon, Harry will stay with the team for 2018. Riding at the top WT level would be his dream. Representing the Great Britain at Commonwealth Games and the Olympics are both high up in his list of ambitions.
