Weekend detox with nature's bounty! Take good nutrition for a week, a weekend or once a day and improve energy levels, extend sleep and reduce stress hormones.
Add a salad or a smoothie per day to improve your health. Buy instant salad additions such as fresh pesto, (wal)nuts, olives, spring onions, goat/sheep/mozarella cheese, herbs, grapes, berries, limes/lemons and create quick combinations with cheap seasonal fruit and vegetables.
Cucomber salad: slice the cucombers with a potato peeler, add olive oil/apple cider vinegar/salt. Add whatever you like to make it interesting or eat as is (shown below with salmon/onions and blackberries versions).
