The annual new-season kick-off for TeamStripesNL officials is now in the books. ✅

With a record turnout of 66 officials and officiatingcoaches, we once again experienced a great an intense weekend. 👏❤️💪

We enjoyed dinner together on Saturday evening following a long day filled with information and highly productive discussions. 🍽

The agenda included numerous presentations on (new) rules and procedures, as well as on-ice and off-ice testing, concluding on Sunday with a meeting alongside the Eredivisie team coaches, an annual event where we review the new rules and procedures together.

Special thanks to Nikolas Neuzer and Tijana Haack from the DEB for your support and excellent presentations.

Finally, we would like to thank the Utrecht Dragons, and Marco van Doorn in particular, for their cooperation and support in organizing the event! 🤝👌💪

📣From participant in the Elite Officiating Development Program to two assingments in the Champions Hockey League (CHL) in 1 year! 😍👏

Thijs van Ierland is a great example of what talent, ambition, dedication, and commitment can achieve. In just one year as an official, Thijs attended a High Performance Camp in the United States this summer and has now been selected to work two Champions Hockey League (CHL) games as a Linesperson. 💪💪

We are incredibly proud of Thijs rapid development and the opportunities he has earned through his hard work. His journey shows that, as an ice hockey official, you can reach the highest levels and build an international career with the right mindset, passion, and perseverance.

De vakantie begint niet pas op bestemming. Die begint zodra de auto is ingepakt, de slippers ergens onder de stoel liggen en de eerste snack wordt geopend.

Onze tip voor onderweg? Neem mosterd mee. Lekker bij broodjes, wraps, borrelhapjes en alles wat later op de campingtafel belandt. 🚗☀️
