TSBV Pendragon is dé basketbalvereniging van Tilburg met veel basketbal en gezelligheid! TSBV Pendragon is de Tilburgse Studenten Basketbal Vereniging.

De trainingen en wedstrijden vinden plaats in het Tilburg University Sport Center. Naast basketbal zijn ook de activiteiten / feestjes bij ons belangrijk. Het is dus een mix van sport en gezelligheid! Er zijn 4 herenteams en 3 damesteams, die op verschillende niveaus competitie spelen, en er is een team voor beginners die alleen trainen. 🍕🏆 Pizza Night Awards 2026 🏆🍕

Last Friday, we wrapped up the season with a Pizza Night! Besides enjoying some delicious pizza, we also handed out some well-deserved (and some slightly questionable 😉) awards.

From 'Player of the Year' to 'Most Airballs This Year', and from 'Biggest Trash Talker' to a few other legendary categories, we made sure everyone got the recognition they deserved.

March Madness recap! 🏀🐉

What a night! March Madness brought two big wins for Pendragon as both Men’s 3 and Men’s 1 secured the victory. The stands were packed, the energy was high, and the Pendragon energy was definitely present. 🔥❤️🖤

During the break of the Men’s 1 game we held our 3-point competition, where Demir came out on top and took home the limited edition hoodie! 🏆
Ilinca finished in second place, but luckily she didn’t go home empty-handed as she managed to win the bingo! 🎉

Thanks to everyone who came out to support, play along, and make it such a fun evening! 🐉🏀

March Madness Special 🔥

For March Madness this year we have a limited edition hoodie! You can order it today (and only today) in the hall during March Madness.
We also organised a bingo and a 3-point contest during the Men’s 1 game, so make sure to join in!

Rules and discounts:

- Bingo:

You can buy a bingo card for €2.50 or 5 bingo cards for €10. On the bingo card there will be events that can happen during the game. When you get bingo, you win a beer! 🍺

- 3-point contest & half-court shot:

During the Men’s 3 game, you can try a half-court shot.
If you make it, we’ll get you a beer! 🍺

When you buy a bingo card, you also get a ticket to join the 3-point contest draw during the Men’s 1 halftime break. We will draw some names from all the tickets, and those people will get the chance to shoot in the 3-point contest!
The prize for the 3-point contest is a limited edition hoodie, so make sure to join!

- Hoodie:

The limited edition hoodie is the start of our collaboration with ! When you order a hoodie, you will receive a bingo card for free. You will also get a ticket for the 3-point contest draw, so you might even win the money for the hoodie back!!

Last weekend we hosted a tournament for our pendragon members! 🏀🔥
With a mix of shooting competitions, 3x3, 4x4 and 5x5 games, players could earn points throughout the day to fight for the overall win.

After some serious battles, the final standings were:

Yes, you. The tall friend who’s always asked to grab things from the top shelf. 👀

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is taller than 1.90m
- Can set screens so solid the opponent rethinks their life choices
- Has experience and is ready (and willing!) to play at a high level

General Members Meeting Recap!

Last week we had our General Members Meeting (GMM), where we looked back on last season and discussed plans for the year ahead. We also officially introduced our new board for the 2025/2026 season:

Chairman: Melle Klein Goldewijk
Secretary: Eva Adriaanse
Game Secretary: Suzanne Stienen
Treasurer: Terence Groen
Public Relations (PR): Lise Zijp
Alternative Activities (AA): Zoë van Kampen
Referee Contact Person (SKP): Akin Dissou

These were some of the most important topics we discussed:
- A new Ladies team joining this season!
- Improving communication with the Sports Center and FOSST
- We managed to break even last season: no big financial losses
- The BS2 referee course is on the way (mandatory for everyone who doesn’t have it yet)
- This season, we’ll organize more sport-related activities to get everyone moving and connecting even more!
- Launch of our new website: www.tsbvpendragon.nl
- Working on new jerseys

And a few special requests for all members:
- Check the full game schedule: postponing games isn’t always possible, so please keep that in mind!
- Make sure to arrange your own table and referee duties. Contact others personally if you need to swap and try to find solutions together.
- Always clear up the courts after games and practices.
