What is MOVE.

MOVE is the new concept of Semi-Private Training. Its Personal Training meets Group training. You can expect the attention and quality of a personal trainer with the energy and gratification of a group lesson.

We are all about improving, reaching goals, pushing the limits and having some fun doing it.

Our sessions are built on the same methods, technologies and research that is used by the worlds top athletes today. Every session includes live heart rate monitoring, strength & conditioning exercises and core stability coaching.
