Seicho Karate Come and train with us and get fighting fit! Seicho is a karate school in The Hague (Den Haag) / Scheveningen. Men and women train together. Are you interested?

Seicho brings you rapid improvement of your stamina, a growing feeling of confidence and meanwhile a nice group of people who like to have you around. Our training is focused on learning martial arts techniques. These techniques and training will make you fit, sharp, flexable and strong!The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The age of most people in our training is between 15 and 45. You are always welcome to join us for a free trial training!
