What happens when you give yourself a little more time to explore your yoga?

This October, guest teacher Jasmine Nash is joining us at MyYoga Den Haag for three days of posture technique workshops, guided practice and an intermediate class.

There’ll be time to slow down, ask questions, look at the postures in a new way and explore what works for your body.

You’ll learn through explanation, demonstration and practice, with modifications and guidance to help you work with where you are right now.

And you don’t need to be especially flexible or have your postures figured out. All levels are welcome.

Join us for one session, spend the whole Sunday with us, or come along for the full three-day immersion.
