You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be fit.
You just need to show up and try.
The sequence meets you where you are.
Over time, your body opens, strengthens, and learns — naturally, steadily, without force.
Everyone is in the same room, doing the same practice.
And every body looks different in it.
Young or old.
Experienced or just starting.
It doesn’t matter.
Take your time.
