Dear aikidoka,
In a little over a month the TAKN is organizing a special seminar with Tomas Nord, Arjan de Haan and Paul Keessen, hosted by Takemusu Aikido Weesp.
The 3 instructors, each 5th dan with more then 30 years of experience studying with Lewis Bernaldo de Quiros will together deep dive into Takemusu Aikido bodywork during the tag-team taught seminar.
Together we will look into the importance of whole body movement, the application of spirals/wave both in tai-jutsu and weapons work, rooting your weapons forms, generating power and speed, and the importance of atemi in tai-jutsu.
The purpose of the seminar is to create an opportunity for discovery, under the guidance of three instructors with a strong mutual understanding yet individual expression of aiki. The seminar is open for all levels!
