Can you spot me in the sea of petals from the Japanese cherry tree? It's me 😁🌸! Ah , what a great time I had since the previous lotus photo. I finished my premaster for the Human Movement Study and I hope next Semester to start with the same Masters 🙏🏼. I have enjoyed studying so much . Also, I have some good friends in my classes in The Hague. It makes me happy 😊! And I start dreaming of some new future projects for you! To workout and get better together 💪🏼.

It’s time for the yearly picture of the sitting pose. Lotus or some version of it. This time from Leiden Vlietlijn. It was taken after a fun hot yoga class. I just substituted the class. I wish I could teach a hot yoga class on my own ! I love hot yoga and I believe it’s very good for the focus and concentration.

Happy to be granted another AALO certification , where I started 5 years ago with a personal trainer course, followed with group class fitness, step, hip hop dance , power, vinyasa, yin yoga and now Pilates anatomy. I did some more courses in other schools: zumba, pilates mat, mindfulness and even kundalini yoga. To be continued…. 🙌🏼😊🙏🏼

End of the summer is perhaps the yummiest season ! Indulge in all the local fresh food we have now and refill your vitamins supplies! Soon we will reach the September equinox and the days will be shorter then nights again, which also means less vitamin D.
