Bodywork in Sync with the big Wheel
Just like the Earth, our bodies—composed of approximately 80% water—are influenced by the phases of the moon. This natural cycle affects both men and women equally. Through my 40 years of bodywork, I’ve developed Moon to Moon, a bodywork class that honours these rhythms, helping you move in harmony with the lunar phases.
Whether you’re male or female, Moon to Moon supports your body’s natural flow, fostering balance, energy, and well-being. The moon’s impact is felt by all and was not invented by women suffering from their monthly cycles. To support the body, classes are designed around the moon’s phase, incorporating techniques like Pilates, Yin-based Yoga, Balance exercises and conscious breathing to align weekly to each phase of the lunar cycle.
