Lazy Sunday.. cheat day Sunday.. just have a look at what these Olympic athletes eat on a regular base and then have a look at your cheat day.. bet you find you cheat day not so cheating..

It's fun to read that even on a high level like the olympics the athlete are bound to heaps of calories to provide them of the needed energy.

Basically what this article should tell you is: "if you exercise enough (read: a lot) you can cheat meal without regret"

So the more time you spend on intensive trainings the more you can eat!

Some of you guys might know that I am representing the brand Predator, which is an all natural, healthy and tasty substitution for water or tea. As far as I know it's the only canned soda which is actually health beneficial. If you haven't tried it yet, make sure you do!
