Fitness doesn’t have to be hard, it can be fun too!

At aFitLife Parent & Kids Fitness Bootcamp we offer a range of fun-packed activities that will put your little ones through their paces and get them to really enjoy exercise.

Not only is it great fun for the kids and parents, but it’s crucial for teaching them how to stay fit and active, and how that can affect overall health. Good habits are developed over time and if they’re set at an early age it’s that much easier to keep them.

While exercise and fitness are extremely important, aFitLife Boot Camp is also great for boosting confidence, making friends and developing a range of skills, including teamwork, motivation and endurance.

Life loves to throw us curveballs. But there is a simple way we can prepare for them so that when life happens, we’re ready.

TIP: Have a back up plan: eg. You know you are going to be stuck in a meeting all day, so you will miss your 40 minute class. Print off 15 mins workout as a back up and use that. Or you go on a day trip and all they have in their restaurant is junk food, then instead bring along your own healthy option.

Starting your day with a healthy Green Breakfast Smoothie is a great way to get energised and feel great. This one is healthy and tasty:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
2 cups spinach or kale leaves, 2 cups pineapple, 1 medium banana, ½ apple, 2 tablespoons h**p seeds, 2 cups water.

Tip: Keep a bag of peeled bananas in your freezer for smoothies or add ice to the smoothie.
