Heavy without flash or hotspot. My Olive & Dark Euro nymph is a killer, especially on heavily fished rivers with educated trout. I tie these in size 16 and 18. I love working with the wolf turkey biots from and the natural dubbing from . I also only use Fasna hooks on my Euro nymphs.

Fly fishing in Jämtland, Sweden. Some nice brown trout couldn’t resist my dry flies. The biggest, it was 60 cm, was caught on a small dry caddis imitation in the evening.
