Over the past few days, we had the honor of participating in the CoreComm University of Pannonia Solar Challenge 2024!☀️

It was an intense event with three race days, six races, and numerous technical and strategic challenges. On the first and second day, we proudly held a steady 3rd place overall. 🧡Unfortunately, some technical struggles on the third day caused us to drop to 4th place. However, we’ve learned a lot from the race results, and we’re eager to apply this knowledge to our new boat.

We truly enjoyed our time in Hungary and hope to return next year. ☀️🇭🇺

Racing neck and neck with both and was a thrill like no other! Crossing the finish line just 50 seconds behind Spectrum, securing 3rd place beneath them but above Whisperpower, was a testament to our team’s determination and skill. What a race! 🏁 🧡

Our latest test run paved the way to success as we fine-tuned the Sinnekûgel for the NK in Akkrum next weekend! ⚡️ With meticulous adjustments and thorough preparations, our boat is in top form, especially with the stunning new drive unit we’ve developed, Isn’t it beautiful? 😍 Stay tuned as we harness solar energy to propel us towards victory! ☀️ 🏁

Monthly Progress Update, Advancements in carbon work and precisely assembling the rear drive unit!

Exciting strides in our rear drive unit development! This week’s spotlight on the strut involved meticulous carbon work and crafting aluminum components, These crafted aluminum components play a crucial role in securing internal elements during the glueing process.Notably, we ensured precise alignment, seamlessly fitting the aluminum parts into the carbon structure. Today, successful assembly marks a significant leap, progressing towards assembling the halves and applying a sleek clear coat to the strut. ☀️🔧
