🏆 SPORTACCOMMODATIE VAN HET JAAR 2026!

Tijdens een spannende prijsuitreiking, met vijf finalisten die hun verhaal presenteerden, is Rugbyclub Haarlem door een vakkundige jury van Kenniscentrum Sport & Bewegen en NOC*NSF uitgeroepen tot Sportaccommodatie van het jaar 2026. Wat een avond!

Juryvoorzitter Jeen Visser: "Rugbyclub Haarlem laat zien wat mogelijk is wanneer een hele vereniging betrokken is bij verduurzaming. De combinatie van innovatieve initiatieven, bijzondere challenges voor en met leden, en concrete resultaten maakt de vereniging tot een inspirerend voorbeeld."

Are you a passionate coach with an eye for talent development?
Then we are looking for you!

Rugby club RFC Haarlem is an ambitious and growing rugby club with a thriving youth department and a close-knit rugby community.
For our Future Team (Men’s 2) we are looking for a coach who wants to guide young, talented players, especially from 18-25 years old, in their development to the highest level. This team, consisting mainly of U24 players, has played at the highest youth level in the past.

As a coach:
Are you part of the coaching staff of our men’s selection;
You take care of the training sessions and supervise the matches of the Future Team;
You will work closely with our Director of Rugby, Ian Campbell;
You maintain and strengthen the club culture, in which cooperation is central.


We are looking for someone who:
Is enthusiastic about working with young talents;
Has experience with rugby, coaching and/or guiding young senior players (18-25 years old);
Fits within an ambitious and sporty club culture;
Has strong communication skills and is able to motivate and inspire players;
Having experience in coaching backs and/or forwards is a plus.
Minimum Rugby Coach level 2 certificate

Working with motivated players who work 2-3 nights a week to improve themselves;
