The seminar + training runs from 15:00–18:00.
We’re open as always, but keep in mind:
– 14:15–16:15 the back area (platforms, hamstrings etc.) won’t be available
– Music will be lower during the seminar 15:00-16:00
– 16:00 the group will start training, so expect it to be busier than usual.
