In order to do so, Clean Climber aims to bring the impact of the climbing sport in balance with its environment.

Great cleanup at the bouldering area Glees in Germany. In the past we’ve done two cleanups in the neighboring Ettringen climbing area. Nice work Bouwe and others!

Sara has receieved the green light that she can show her exhibition on how to upcycle worn climbing ropes into new products at Klimmuur HS in The Hague. And she's produced even more wonderful products, like you can see here!

Progress with the Renew Rubber project! Edelrid has tested the rubber and it works quite well already, with as expected some points to improve. The rubber they've tested was from 20% devulcanised rubber from fresh rubber sheets, we will now proceed with testing a combination of 20% upcycled rubber from recycled Red Chili climbing shoes. Stay tuned!

Zoek jij nog items om van je paklijst te kunnen vinken? Een fijne donsjas, wandelbroek, bergschoenen of juist een rugzak, klimschoenen of een klettersteigset. Misschien heb jij deze items zelf ongebruikt in een la liggen en kunnen die zeker nog een aantal rondes mee bij iemand anders.

Kom dan naar de tweedehands markt op de Bergsportdag! Hier geven we gebruikte kleding en materiaal een tweede leven. Verkoop het ter plekke of kijk of er iets voor jezelf bij zit. Mede mogelijk gemaakt door Bever!
