There’s beauty in every struggle. It’s been almost two years of continuous stress dealing with my mom and her health.

The past month has been a blessing being here in Suriname at home with her🙏🏾 The emotions I feel are all over the place but I’m grateful, grateful for everyone who helped me.

Being back home for a while has given me some peace again. Meeting new people and new friends. Good times with old friends.

And thanks to Rieke Wijnhard for helping me through this process. It’s not easy but she helps me how ever she can ❤️

Let’s stay positive and enjoy life. It’s way to short 🙏🏾❤️

VONDELGYM Rotterdam where my heart lies and where so many friendships have started. Today was my last day at the place I called my home for so many years.

I was allowed to make mistakes and learn from them. I got so many opportunities. So much love from everyone. I will forever be grateful for all of it.

Thank you so much for the best years as a coach and now friend to many others. I love you all ❤️

Movement is medicine. And the older we get the more we need to keep moving. It doesn’t have to be CrossFit just pick any sport you like or just go for long walks outside.

The gym that gave me so many opportunities, the gym that became my home, the members who became my friends and family. My home!!
I was there from day one 1️⃣ Sad and heartbroken is an understatement. I’m at a loss for words 😭💔
A piece of me died when I heard the news. Crying and wishing that this is just a dream. I’ll wake up and everything will be okay.

To everyone who helped me and to everyone who I helped thank you for being there. Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for believing in Rotterdam Vondelgym 🙏🏾❤️🥹

It’s been 6-7 weeks now of following my strength program and man I made a lot of progress!!
Squat, Deadlift, Sn**ch and Clean numbers have gone up!!
